So it’s snowing again at the moment and it apparently might snow all week.

Now I love the snow, especially when it is actually snowing. I could watch large snow flakes dance around for hours.

New Charlie & the Fox website

The brand new Charlie & the Fox website is now up and running. So exciting, it took a while to come together but I’m so happy with it. We’ll have new products coming to the store soon now. Lovely.

I like these quotes

I’ve been slowly working my way through a book of quotes from lots of different famous and well known authors and philosophers. I really like the book, it makes me happy reading it.

Last night I noticed that it was published in the 50s, which is amazing. This little battered and bruised old book has got a firm place in my bookshelf.

Below are two quotes I’ve picked so far that I really like.

“Love in our hearts shall grow mighty and strong,
Through crosses, through sorrows, through manifold wrong.” (Longfellow)

“Speak clearly if you speak at all;
Carve every word before you let it fall.” (O. W. Holmes)

Three Jims

We’re working on our menswear collection, since launching the vintage clothing, and have brought our Jim print to form in wool.

So I’ve sewn three Jims in wool ready to be placed onto three t-shirts; a small, medium and large t-shirt.

It’s a Bullfinch!

I saw a Bullfinch for the first time today, it’s got an amazing orange belly and they look so cute. Little fat balls of colourful bird.

I tried to take some photos but they all came out a bit blurry as it was far away. My camera zoom would only go so far. So I drew my version of a Bullfinch afterwards from the photos.
